There are two types of speeds on the Taiwan and domestic market called high-speed presses, one is 400 times per minute, and the other is 1000 times per minute. If your product mold requires a speed of 300 times/minute or higher, you should choose a punch machine with a speed of 1000 times/minute. Because the equipment cannot be used to the limit, and punching machines with a frequency of less than 400 times per minute generally do not have a mandatory lubrication system. Only grease lubrication is used in the joint part, and the punch structure is of a slider type, making it difficult to ensure accuracy. During long-term work, wear and tear occur quickly, accuracy decreases, molds are prone to damage, machines and molds have a high maintenance rate, which delays time and affects delivery time.
