Safety Guidelines for the Operation of Pressbrake
●Strictly abide by the safe operation rules of machine tools, and wear labor protection articles as required.
●Before starting, carefully check whether the motor, switch, circuit and grounding are normal and firm, and check whether the control parts and buttons of the equipment are stuck in the correct position.
●Check the coincidence and toughness of the upper and lower molds; check whether each positioning device meets the requirements for processing.
●When the upper slider and each positioning axis are not in the state of the origin, the homing program is run.
●After the equipment starts, it will run for 1-2 minutes, and the upper slide will move 2-3 times. If it is found that there is abnormal sound or there is a fault, it should stop immediately, and the fault will be eliminated.
●When working, one person should be instructed by oil to make the operator and the feeding and pressing personnel work closely together to ensure that the matching personnel can issue the bending signal in a safe position.
●When the sheet is bent, it must be compacted to prevent the sheet from bending up and hurting people.
●When the sheet material is pressed, the power must be cut off and the operation is stopped.
●When changing the opening of the variable lower die, no material is allowed to come into contact with the lower die.
●When the machine is working, the machine is not allowed to stand at the back of the machine.
●It is forbidden to press the sheet at one end separately.
●If the work piece or mold is found to be incorrect during operation, it should be stopped for calibration. It is strictly forbidden to correct by hand during operation to prevent injury.
●Stop the thick plate of an iron plate or quenched steel plate, high-grade alloy steel, square steel, and materials exceeding the performance of the sheet bending machine to avoid damage to the machine tool.
●Always check the coincidence of the upper and lower molds; whether the indication of the pressure gauge meets the requirements.
●Abnormal shutdown occurs immediately, check the cause and eliminate it in time.
●Before shutting down, place the wooden block on the lower mold below the two sides of the cylinder to lower the upper slide to the wooden block.
●Exit the control system program first, then cut off the power.
