The punching and forming of the press should follow the following regulations. When two or more people operate, a designated person should drive and pay attention to coordination and cooperation. Before leaving work, the mold should be placed against the ground, the power should be disconnected, and necessary cleaning should be carried out. The transmission components exposed outside the compressor must be equipped with protective covers, and it is prohibited to drive or test drive with the protective covers removed. If necessary, conduct an empty vehicle test. When installing the mold, the slider must be opened to the bottom dead center, and the closing height must be correct to avoid eccentric loads as much as possible; The mold must be securely fastened and undergo pressure testing and inspection.
Attention should be focused during work, and it is strictly prohibited to put hands, tools, and other objects into the danger zone (see item 4 of the safety production regulations). If there is any abnormal operation or noise of the press bed (such as continuous clicking or bursting sound), the feeding should be stopped and the cause checked. If the rotating parts are loose, the control device malfunctions, or (see introduction) every time a workpiece is punched, hands or feet must leave the button or pedal to prevent misoperation. Before working, it is necessary to check whether the protective devices of the punching machine are complete and whether the flywheel operates smoothly; Is there any protection on the upper and both sides of the foot pedal device, and is the operation reliable and flexible; And remove objects that hinder operations from the workplace.
The punching force must be verified and overloaded operation is strictly prohibited. When installing or disassembling the mold, the power supply must be cut off first. The mold installation must be firm and reliable. When adjusting the height of the joint, manual or manual methods should be used step by step. Before confirming the adjustment, it is prohibited to connect the vehicle. When operating, one should concentrate their thoughts, strictly prohibit talking while doing, and cooperate with each other to ensure safe operation. It is generally prohibited for two or more people to operate the punch simultaneously. If necessary, a dedicated person must command and be responsible for the operation of the foot pedal device. No part of the body is allowed to be fed or unloaded within the mold range during work. Special tools should be used.
It is prohibited to feed and stamp the interlayer, and the second feeding can only be carried out after removing the previous punching parts or leftover materials. It is necessary to regularly check the installation of the mold, and adjust it in a timely manner if there is looseness or slippage. Before the blade is worn to the point where the burrs exceed the standard, the blade should be promptly polished. When disassembling the mold, it must be carried out in a closed state. Take care of stamping equipment, dies, tools, measuring tools, and instruments. After the work is completed, the mold and punch should be wiped clean and organized. During the formal stamping process, due to the variation of the static error rate of the main motor with different loads, an electromagnetic counter set on the control board can be used to correct the speed when stamping different parts.
